Delivery and Returns
|Standard Items Delivery||£5.95||We aim to have your in stock items dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email to let you know. In busy periods and public holidays please allow up to 7 days.|
|Large Items Delivery||£14.95||Large items will be 1 to 3 weeks with a specialist courier.|
|Pre-Order Items||–||Should you place an order for a ‘pre-order’ item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. Expected dates of ‘pre-order’ items are an estimate and are not guaranteed. If you would like any ‘in stock’ items to be sent out immediately our customer services team can split the orders upon request, however, an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.
Some items will have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently ‘out of stock’ and on ‘pre-order’. If this is the case, this will be included in the product description.
Please ensure you enter your address and post code correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect information. Please also include a telephone number as this will enable our courier service to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule if necessary.
NB: If you order multiple items only one delivery charge will be added to the total order and this will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered. To help reduce carbon emissions all of the items on your order will be delivered together.
We take pride in sourcing items that unique and are from around the globe, on occasions this means items have been hand finished, therefore, not mass produced or identical. So ceramics may well differ from piece to piece, this is the way they are intended to be.
We take care to ensure our products descriptions are correct, however, whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representative, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in the colour caused by the browser software or the computer system you use.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us within 48 hours from the point of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
For all damaged and faulty items requiring a refund, the full cost of your order including postage will be refunded.
We hope that you are delighted with your ‘VB Luxury Interiors’ purchase but if you would like to return an item, please notify us by e-mail at [email protected] of your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns & Refunds Policy:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your email request for a return. Items must be return complete, in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging. For all items we are unable to accept returns after the 14 days period expires.
We will not be able to refund any postage charges. For unwanted items the customer is responsible for the cost of returns and we recommend that you use an insured registered delivery company as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to refund you. When booking your own postage please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
We will require you to take care of the item after you have taken delivery of it until it is returned, as it might be necessary to return it to the manufacturer. Please include your customer order details with the item(s) to be returned, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and our customer services will contact you to discuss a replacement or refund minus the original postage cost and any courier charges. We are unable to give refunds for damaged items not notified within 48 hours.
